Home Working

Sorry we are having some problems with the link to Jane's stories.

We have renewed the link (again) but it still keeps crashing.

If it doesn't work it is the same link as for Jane's assemblies which can be found under the 'Our Church School' signpost and then Collective Worship during School Closure (Covid-19).

However if you are still out of luck then leave this homeworking and we'll keep working on it.

Each week we intend to upload a range of work that can be carried out at home whilst school is closed to most children. We recognise that it may not be easy for everyone to complete all the tasks as parents may be working from home themselves or you may have a range of other learning you would like to do. That is for you to decide in this unprecedented time. We are not expecting you to be teachers but to support your children when and where you can. You are all parents, we know you understand that the task ahead won't be easy. Please don't let homeworking be the source of tension, there is enough going on.

However, we realise there will be many parents who are looking for ideas and support. So each class has provided you with an overview letter and then tasks for each day. There is also a letter with a range of websites that might be useful. Each week this will be updated for the Monday morning. The exercise book sent home is for the children to record their work. To keep work ordered have a title at the top of the page. Please set high expectations for your children when they do complete their work. Presentation and handwriting are a constant focus in school. And remember to send anything they are proud of to the class email accounts.

Staff will be checking class emails each day to try and respond to any school work based questions. Just email...

Take care and stay safe.
