Class 2 enjoyed the Toys from the Past topic and were very excited to make pop up puppets. We have learnt about the Jewish New year. It is important to say sorry at Rosh Hashannah and to start anew. Ask your children about the tasty treats that the Jewish community enjoy. We enjoyed colour mixing in art and creating colour wheels. We have enjoyed getting to know the classroom and finding all the new activities that we start our day with.
This half term has been busy preparing for the school play. We have enjoyed learning the songs and performing to the school community. We have created stained class windows showing The Nativity Scene and creating baubles. We have been finding out which materials are absorbent and creating a test to see what happens.
